A volumetric filler, where the product is dosed with help of a servo Driven vertical augur screw together with a horizontal in feed screw to ensure constant level in the product hopper.

The Augur Filler can also be integrated with a check weigher to incorporate tendency control. A feature of tendency control adjusts augur settings for product density variations. 

• All contact parts of the filler are constructed in stainless steel and can pack in the range of 50cc to 10ltrs volume of non-free flowing product.
• Non – free flowing powders like Milk powder, Dairy Whitener, WMP, SMP,Wheat Flour, Spices in powder from are ideally dosed using this filler.

Accu screw augur filler can be integrated with Flexibag VFFS machine or Flexi jar Indexer.
